My 2012 Reading List

As 2012 begins, it’s time to focus on the books I’ll be reading in the year ahead. Since it helped me stay on track to meet last year’s goal of reading 36 books, I’ve signed up for the 2012 Reading Challenge at again this year. The format for the list will be the same as last year. I’ll note what I’m currently reading at the top of the list, followed by the books I’ve finished and the date I finished them. Last year I surpassed my goal by 4 books and managed to finish 40, so 40 books will be my goal for 2012. Wish me luck!

[UPDATE] My last book read in 2012 was The Hobbit, finished just days after watching the first of three Peter Jackson films based on the book. I easily passed my goal of 40 books this year, with a final count of 54. I plan to continue logging what books I read both here on the blog and on Goodreads in 2013, and also to keep track of the short stories I read as well.
