High Hopes

It’s baseball playoff time again, and the Phillies opened the 2010 NLDS series with ace Roy Halladay, who did not disappoint in game one against the Reds last night. Doc became only the second pitcher in Major League history to throw a no-hitter in the playoffs, joining Don Larsen who pitched a perfect game in the 1956 World Series.

Hopes are indeed high for the rest of the playoff run, so here’s the late, great Harry Kalas singing about it:
